The fabric is a soft blue green leave motif with beige pillows. Seats six each with their own menu and multiple poses.

A glass table picks up the blue green and the starfish alpha can be scattered anywhere you wish. A gold sculpty starfish is included as well as blue bird of paradise in planters. A hanging lamp lights it all up.

Peace On Earth

This is a 3 piece modular book case set that I built. It is my Captains' Corner, where you can sit and read or chat with a friend.

The middle section has menu driven seating and if you click on the give peace a chance book you can get a book to read! This book quotes the Beatles, give peace a chance song.

Book cases flank either side of the seating nook. The globe is a light that clicks on and off. It's not good to read in the dark.

A pair of kissing doves on the top shelf are another peace symbol.

This entire set is for this years Second Life, Peace On Earth multi grid wide hunt. Approximately 280 creators are participating in this hunt. It is a honor for my store to be in this project since the organizers voted on who to include.

So many wondrous gifts again this year, can't wait to get started.

Baby Makes Three

25 Days Of Christmas

GRW Designs~Fashion Showdown 2009 Gift

This was a fun personal challenge. I purchased the texture pack that clothing designers used for this competition. The contest is similar to Project Runway.

I felt it would be fun to use the textures in my gift for the winners. I used the green denim, a lemony yellow small print and the white flower decor from the pack. It did not have a wood texture so I pulled in an off shade of a yellow green to match the pillow.

The torchiere lamp base is trimmed in the dark green denim. This is a touch on off lamp and the sofa is menu based poses. The circle shapes of the torchiere and pillow are echoed in the side arm chair and base of both chair and coffee table. This is a new personal favorite and will be showing up in my store soon in other colors and textures.

Winter Room in Blue Tones

The best thing about Second Life winters is you don't get wet, cold or have to worry about ice slicks. This garden room is wintry blue but wont' make you blue. Cheery snowflakes are on the front and back exterior. The theme is carried forward inside on the light blue bistro set, with the same snow flake on the painted table and chairs. Chairs are set with menu driven poses. The blue poinsettia has a star pattern on the pot as well. These are my gifts for the Christmas and Advent Hunts.

Amazing Maze Part II

I put on my kitty cat tail to test this new Neko Bed. Curled up for a nap it seems to work just fine. I rezed this under a tree at my new store location. So much room with a wonderful view.

It's back! This is the second year I have built a Tower of Terror, Five Floors of Fear. This is smaller than last years but still full of scary fun spook house action. Measuring 45 M high by
20 M Wide, 444 prims.

This year the exterior is a castle texture and inside completely black. A secret trap door awaits. Enter at your own risk!

Witche Way To Home

Double doors with blue cats welcome you home and beckon one to enter. The outside is covered on each side with ivy and the back with ivy and blue morning glories. This enchanting little stone cottage casts a spell.

Taking a look inside a table with chairs, rug, candles and a crystal ball are all inside. A fireplace and candelabra are included and linked into the cottage. The Witches Cottage is only 44 prims with the doors. The medieval themed furniture adds another 50 optional prims.

This gives a long shot of this little cottage, bewitchingly cute and all this week free in my Midnite Madness board this week. On sale at X Street for $1000 for those who prefer to shop there.

Textures were customized to add the flowers on the exterior, cat doors and bats on a half moon. Must be seen to appreciate! This is an idea I have been wanting to do for over a year. Now that it is the haunting season is perfect time to not only make a maze but to try to walk it.

This is being sold in two versions, the first pictured here is the Basic Maze. It is the maze with out any other spooky items so you can use what you have in your inventory and decorate it yourself.

A second Deluxe Maze will be coming soon with all of the spooky bells.whistles and groans suitable for a hauntingly ghoulish time.

This pretty little jewelry box continues my fascination with making things that do things in Second Life. This opens and shuts upon touch and plays a few musical notes. It is fun to see what you can do with the physics of the Second Life. Not that I am a prim scientist, but I do love to play with prims.

Fab Free just hit 6000 Members, wow. I think this is the largest group I belong too in Second Life. I also have an ad space at the Fab Free Main HQ and put in items for free. Enjoy!

I made this as a gift for participants in SOH, Saints of Hell, Second Life Bikers For Charity. We have members in need and we run a variety of events to raise money to help them out and to have good fun too.

Since this is so cute, and too cute to stay at home I thought all of the Fab Free Members may enjoy a copy too.

Additionally, I will be selling this for Making Strides, the American Cancer Society group in Second Life. We are raising money for the cause this month. More to come on that in next post.

Plants and flowers are what got me to learn to build in Second Life. This new series, Bella Rosa, combines my love of building, home decoration and flowers. Other floral pattern pieces and color combinations are on the drawing board.

Davy Jones has his heart in a locked box, as long as it is safe he sails the 7 Seas to the ends of the Earth and back. His heart longs for Calypso who knew him before his curse.

This was fun to make and is a beating heart in a silver box. The lid when touched plays a spooky noise. Beware not to wake Davy or you may end up in the deep in his locker.

This cute black and white cat print came across my path and works purrfectly for the cabinet. I will be using this in other builds. A coffee table would work well with this print, a larger dresser and this would look great on a white cabinet too.

A Hunting We Will Go

Multi Sim, grid wide hunts have exploded! There are so many going on now blogs for lists of hunts have popped up as well as blogs for hunters.

I am still unpacking items from last years Peace On Earth Hunt which had over 400 destinations.

My list of hunts I am participating in is getting very long. Making new items for sale and for the upcoming hunts has kept me quit busy indeed!

Here is a sampling of what the hunters will be finding, more hunt items to be posted as well as fun new things I am making for sale.

This is for the Total Fusion Hunt, which will be starting on September 21, running through October. My gift includes an arm chair for men and one for women, with menu poses with a rug, lamp on/off, coffee table and sunflower arrangement. In keeping with the fall season.

Something wicked is brewing in this kettle. Green mist boils over, I am not sure I would take a drink, would you? The fire pit is included so if you want to put your kettle on it or use to sit around to roast your virtual marshmallows, enjoy. This is for the Pumpkin Paws Hunt, running for the month of October.

An acceptance arrived by note card for a hunt I don't recall entering but at this point who is counting? The Starving Artists are running a hunt in October as well.. This trophy was fun to do, a custom piece for a great group and important cause. The World Wild Life Organization will be receiving money raised during the clubs SL Myrtle Beach Bike Build Off.

This is a challenge event where competitors using prim pieces will build the best bike. It promises to be a fun filled action event and money raised going to a great cause.

Tile Bistro Table Set

Sea green tile on the top of the table is continued on the base.

This is a 2 prim table and matching chairs are 3 prims each. The poses are menu driven and don't add to prim count

Included is a 3 prim decorative tapper candle, and a Peace Plant in same tile but tinted.

Touch Down!

New hunt is coming up for the guys, in SL. It is called the Game Day hunt, starting on September 7 running through end of month.

I found these new sculpt maps to make motorcycle parts. Having not built a bike I was relieved to see an example of what I was trying to build!

What could be more popular for a man than a table made of car or motorcycle parts? Maybe beef jerky?

A coffee table needs a sofa set. This is another leather version of the slectable leather living room sets I make and sell in SL.

These pieces are copy as well as mix and match. So there are number of combinations of the layouts. The poses are menu driven with an armchair for guys and one for gals.

Included in this gift set is a copy floor lamp, touch on /off and a red wood floor overlay to put in any room.

The sign is animated and this entire gift is a score. Don't miss this hunt is a special one just for guys.

Elegant Desk Set

My good friend, Jinny Jonesford, of Virtual Elegance needed a desk for her store.

She wanted to have an that would have a chair and a place for her and staff to assist customers.

Her designs are wonderful and fresh. Reasonable prices and gowns for every and any event.

The walls of her store are like a stucco in a green tone. I matched the color exactly and used it on this desk, a simple two prim build. By adding shiny to the prims it gives a metallic affect.

This is not really a gray or a green. It is interesting to play with the shiny feature to achieve a metal look with out a special texture, using only color.

The sign on her desk is a one prim frame up of her logo. I have a multi mat photo frame I make and then mount on a single prim. The mat makes it seem just like framed up art work or photo you may find in real life.

Accent pieces in red finish off the desk. The lamp is a simple touch on /off two prim lamp. While the Calla Lillie's are prim heavy they do look nice with this set.

The stool has poses menu driven is a low 4 prims.

Pink Garden Tent with VInes of Wisteria

Low prim garden tent, with swing and wisteria vines on the front make a nice addition to your garden. The complete set is 21 prims, but each piece can be moved to mix and match with other pieces you may have.

This tent is flexi so it gently moves to be similar to what you may find in real life. I have this in lavender as well with the swing. Both of these can be found at my store, Sirens Song, in Second life.

Sand Castles on the Shore

This was fun to make. Art Noveau and Art Deco are my favorite design periods and this combines those influences. The castle base is a shell textures. While the walls and walk way atop are all sand colored. The same is on the inside.

Even if this slips into the sea eventually it won't melt. Looks good in or out out of water.

Turret toppers look almost copper and shell like are above phantom arched windows. These arched windows can be flown throw, or used by merfolks to swim in and out.

Fee Fie Faux

Textures can add the perfect touch of dimension in Second Life. Taking a basic rectangular box, adding a footing and special textures all around.

I just started a new series of furniture that is influenced by shabby chic and French Country. Additional new pieces to be shown here and at my store Sirens Song.

This blue cabinet looks like a two drawer side table or dresser. It is only 2 prims and has a compass rose in blues and reds on the front.

It looks nice in a living room, beach house, or bedroom. Additional pieces in this color variation with the compass rose will be introduced soon.

To the right is the same piece only in red with a pair of white roses. Also a two prim cabinet.

These are low cost, low prim and can be done in other colors and combinations.

Arrangements can be made to gift items as well, since my work is not transfer unless special request.

Custom work is fun to do, and not expensive. I enjoy the challenge of making new pieces in a wide variety of styles.

It should not cost so much to have a nice second home or office.

WIcker Set Summer Fun Hunt

This is the season of the hunts and the hunter. I made up this pretty butterfly sunbrella set.

It includes a lounger made for two and a umbrella. Textures are light wicker for the lounger and the umbrella.

A fun side table with a special butterfly texture repeats the theme and a place to put your cocktails.

Repeating the pattern from the table on a touch on and off luminary.

A copy 2 prim Iris picks up the colors and works in any garden, planter inside or outdoors.

Search For The Black Pearls is underway

This is what the gift box looks like for this treasure hunt, Search for the Black Pearls.

Calypsos' storm has subsided , sending these pearls all over SL, waiting for you to find them.

As a multi vendor and multi sim treasure hunt., the theme is pirate, mermaid and medieval items. This includes clothing, hats, jewelry, houses, home decorations, mermaid fins /outfits and more. The creative power of these vendors is a wonder.

Mermaid Martini & Fishes

Where else but Second Life will you find a lifesize, or rather AV size martini?

Rather than an olive for garnishe, a pretty pink shell and a swirling school of pink fish add a finishing touch. All that is needed is someone to sit and pose.

This includes a seating pose that works for a mermaid of landlubber. Is a great spot to sit and watch the meta-verse.

For My Lord and his Lady

Every castle needs a table and chairs for those the manor born. This wooden table is based on a medieval table I found while researching this time period.

It has carved wood detail on the edges and base legs. An oval cut in the base legs adds to the illusion of honed wood and more prims than are used.

Side chairs with menu driven poses, one for My Lady and another chair for My Lord. These are in red with dragon print fabric on the seat base.

A matching sofa and hassock as well as endless other custom combinations can be made for your manor.

This monks bench is based on a medieval prayer bench. It has menu driven poses and low prim.

The carved wood textures add detail and make a few prims look great. As an addition to an entry way, or mix and match with modern furniture.

Table Top Sand Castle Candle

This little castle made of sand has a realistic looking door and set of windows. It runs the flag of Sirens Sting from one of my pirate ships. This light guards you from the dark and looks good doing it!

I can customize this to your flag or colors or logo. Makes a nice gift and would be a great giveaway for any nautical event. The pillar candle is touch on and off. This is first in a series of Candle Castles.

Something Old, Something New

One prim aquatic mosaic's have been spread around the grounds at my main store, Sirens Song Seaside. Mermaids, Dolphins and Seahorses grace the land. Luminars in acquatic shapes and colors are available.
A special request has come in for a more manly version, something in the way of a killer whale. This takes swimming with the sharks to a new level.

Delectable Selectables Leather Sofa Sets

Here are a few ideas of room lay outs and ideas. Starting with my empty living room, which sure could use a makeover! These inexpensive low prim, sculpted seating solutions offer versatility and utility for any home or office setting. Seating is menu driven and adjustable. Colorful and modern in leather styling in a variety of colors, endless combinations.

All of these pieces have multiple mix and match possibilities and can be mixed by color sets as well. Adding a rug, a few lamps and plants a room starts to take shape quickly.

One easy high style touch is to build a faux tile or marble hearth in front of your Second Life pre-fab fireplace. It adds a real life dimension and you can tie this into other colors or patterns in your room. It is a one prim addition that sets your fireplace off. I repeated the pattern in this hearth on top of the low prim coffee table.

This gives a place to display something you have made, or found in your travels or perhaps on a treasure hunt. Sculpty pillows pick up the gold yellow as do the accent pieces on the fireplace. A kissing cushion in bamboo print is the reverse of the print on the lounger.

These sconces are a variation of the ones I made for the Go Fishing July Hunt, only in a solid and turned in another direction. Pickiing up the gold in the room with the sconces and sunflowers on the hearth.

Art Noveau-One of my favorite styles

A new wall sconce I have been working on is only 3 prims , touch on and off lamp. This lamp works turned upside down, with light going up, for another variation on the look.I found a vintage piece of pottery and used those florals in this design. I have this in two other sizes same colors. I will be bringing out other wall sconces in different color tones for sale soon. The sconce base is polished antique brass.

This wall sconce and set was designed specifically for the July Gone Fishing Hunt. I am stop number 24 along the way. Inside my gift are a couple of bonus accessories as well as the fun closet pictured here.

The closet has drapes that close and open by touch. It looks good with or with the curtains and has a shelf inside. I have a number of very pretty colors in drapes and wood and can do a customized closet sets.

These new hunt items look very cute with the gift I had for the SL Discovery Hunt, which just ended. It was a dressing table with matching chair.

I will be bringing out a new version of that vanity set other items soon.

Alas my Brig, the Scarlett Queen hit the reefs and has sunk off the coasts of Sanctuary. A precious shipment of black pearls adrift on the waves of the sea. Scattering them all across Second Life. A hunt is soon to commence with plenty of bounty and prizes along the way. Special prizes and events to follow along with the hunt, plenty of merriment and pirate booty for all.

A Map is soon to come and all of the ports of call will be listed here along with special little hints from time to time to tease you along. Who will find the pearls first and will Calypso send a gale to deter the hunters? Or have the Pirate Brethren bound her again...

The lamp is polished antique gold with candle light inside.

Passionate Redheads & Relay For Life

Passionate Redheads are a creative, fun, lively group of Second Life participants, dedicated to raise money for the cure. Relay For Life is a wonderful cause to help wipe out a terrible disease that has touched everyones' life in one way or another. We have auction items at Hope Garden and recently did a Ren Faire to raise money. Also, a calender is for sale to help us with fund raising.

I have a Redheads Kiosk at my store, and will be offering a special item for sale soon. This is a unique one of a kind only for our fund raising.
